I am delighted that Persistent Place has been selected by Amartey Golding for the Outpost Members Show.
The exhibition will be at OUTPOST gallery in Norwich from 26 August – 2 October. The gallery is open Thursday to Sunday from 12 noon to 6pm.
The exhibition preview will be on Thursday 25 August from 6 – 9pm.
Choosing to work in mediums that he is not traditionally trained in, Golding’s work incorporates wig making, ballet and the making of chain mail. Born and raised Rastafarian, Amartey uses the personal context and introspective process to explore the contradictory fabric of the human condition.
